At QR Code Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds for Pro subscriptions purchased through our platform.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our trusted payment partner in India.

2. Free Trial Period

All new users receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features with no credit card required. We encourage you to:

  • Test all Pro features during the trial period
  • Create and customize QR codes
  • Explore dynamic QR codes and analytics
  • Verify the service meets your needs

The trial automatically converts to a free account at the end of 14 days. No charges are applied unless you choose to upgrade to Pro.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all Pro subscription purchases:

  • Request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • No questions asked - if you're not satisfied, we'll refund your payment
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Applies only to first-time Pro subscriptions

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Eligible for Refund

  • First-time Pro subscription within 7 days of purchase
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using Pro features (after we've attempted to resolve them)
  • Duplicate charges or payment errors
  • Subscription purchased in error

4.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Renewal payments (you can cancel before renewal to avoid charges)
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of the subscription period
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Free accounts (no payment made)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Visit our Contact Support page or email us with your refund request
  2. Provide Information: Include your account email, payment transaction ID, and reason for the refund
  3. Wait for Confirmation: Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours
  4. Receive Refund: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account dashboard:

  • Go to Dashboard → Account Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You'll retain Pro access until the subscription expires
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to Free after expiration

Important: Cancellation prevents future charges but is not the same as a refund. To receive a refund for your current subscription, follow the refund request process above within the 7-day window.

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refund initiated within 24 hours of approval
  • Razorpay processes the refund to your original payment method
  • Bank/card processing takes 5-7 business days
  • UPI refunds may be faster (1-3 business days)

7.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card refunds appear on your statement
  • UPI refunds return to your UPI account
  • Net Banking refunds return to your bank account
  • Wallet refunds return to your digital wallet

8. What Happens After a Refund

When a refund is processed:

  • Your account is immediately downgraded to Free
  • Pro features are disabled
  • Dynamic QR codes are deactivated
  • Analytics and tracking are disabled
  • Static QR codes continue to work
  • You retain access to your account and free features

9. Special Circumstances

9.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing you from using Pro features:

  • Contact support immediately
  • We'll work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a refund beyond the 7-day window

9.2 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription:

  • Contact support immediately with transaction details
  • Duplicate charges are refunded in full
  • No time limit on duplicate charge refunds

9.3 Promotional Pricing

Subscriptions purchased during promotional periods:

  • Are subject to the same refund policy
  • Refund amount is based on the actual amount paid
  • Future subscriptions will be at regular pricing

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank:

  • Please contact our support team first
  • Most issues can be resolved quickly through our refund process
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • We're committed to fair resolution of all payment disputes

11. Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
